COORDINATION MEETING AND EVALUATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENT IN THE KENDARI CITY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ENVIRONMENT — 2026

The Kendari City Government held a Coordination Meeting and Evaluation of Human Rights (HAM) Compliance Assessment within Kendari City government agencies in 2026. The activity took place in the Kendari City Regional Secretary's Meeting Room and was attended by the Head of the relevant OPD, the Director of the Southeast Sulawesi Women's Association NGO, as a resource for Functional Officials from the Ministry of Human Rights, South Sulawesi Regional Office, Southeast Sulawesi Working Area, Muh. Yusrianto, SH.M.Si and the meeting was chaired by the Assistant for Government and Social Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of Kendari City, Mrs. Adriana Musaruddin, S.Sos.M.Si , Head of the Legal Section, always Chair of the Committee and also present were related officials, as well as the Human Rights Compliance Verification Team.
Mrs. Adriana Musaruddin as Assistant Government and People's Welfare Officer read the Kendari City Regional Secretary's remarks stating that this meeting aims to:
- Convey the results of monitoring and assessing human rights compliance to all regional work units
- Identifying achievements, weaknesses and obstacles faced in implementing compliance standards
- Determine corrective steps and follow-up plans to improve the quality of human rights-based services
- Align agency internal policies with the provisions of the 1945 Constitution, Law no. 39 of 1999, and Minister of Human Rights regulation Number 15 of 2025 concerning Assessment of Human Rights Compliance in Government Agencies.
